We welcome you to shop all you like and we will provide holding areas for you to place your items and continue shopping!

We ask that you do NOT park in the driveway - although you are welcome to drop off a passenger for their convenience. 

Please do not bring large purses or shopping bags with you to the sale - we will provide baskets to assist you in shopping.

We will have boxes and packing materials onsite – because we want you to have a great shopping experience!

We will have NOT have man-power available to load your furniture – please BRING YOUR OWN "LOADERS."

All items are "AS IS" and "AS FOUND" – all sales are final - No returns, refunds, or charge backs. We have done our best to point out any possible flaws - but please remember to examine all items before bringing them to the check-out table.
