Estate Sale in Pensacola

Please read before shopping!

• All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, and we encourage you to inspect items carefully before purchasing.

• Payments: Cash and electronic payments will be accepted. Credit/debit card payments may also be available and will be confirmed at the sale.

• No holds or reservations. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting purchases. Please bring adequate help and an appropriate vehicle for large or heavy items. We are unable to move, lift, load, or deliver large furniture and other heavy purchases.

• Please bring your own packing materials, boxes, bags, and tools for removing your purchases.

• No delivery is available.

• Measure twice, buy once! Please make sure furniture and other large items will fit in your home and vehicle before purchasing. We cannot provide refunds because an item does not fit.

• Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale on August 30. Items not removed by the deadline may be considered abandoned and payment will not be refunded.

• Please do not remove tags or move items without assistance from the sale staff.

• No early sales. Everything will be available when the sale officially opens.

• Please use caution while shopping. You enter and shop at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
