Our regular terms:
1. All Sales are Final and AS IS, sorry absolutely no returns under any circumstances
2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

We are thrilled to be selling the contents of this elegant 4,000 square-feet 4 bedroom Pinecrest ranch style home.
One of the sale centerpieces is a very impressive collection of stunning and ever popular right hand cocktail rings, often seen traditionally as a way to make a bold statement. Check out the photos below! As well as the rings, this sale has a large assortment of wearables, such as designer handbags, shelves of ladies’ shoes, lots of jewelry and men’s and ladies’ clothes and accessories.
This sale features designer furniture and home decor items from Degen Majka Interior Design in Miami. Items include a custom Saville cabinet, an antique Farahan Sarouk rug, a coffee table, a Donghia Murano Increspato lamp, a Barry table, Lockwood / Boone collection end tables, a reclining armchair, a George III wing chair, window and wall sofas, a Michael Taylor twig chair, Collection Pierre end tables and an oriental rug. Other furniture items include a Mason Art sofa and a selection of Asian themed pieces. The assortment includes a late 19th Century decorative antique chest of Shaanxi (China) origin with certificate of antiquity.
Another sale feature is the considerable selection of artwork, which includes paintings, prints and illustrations, Asian works of art from Miami’s Midori Gallery, and a pair of antique Chinese Kossu panels depicting legendary heroes on horseback. One of the sale highlights is a serene antique Burmese gilt-lacquer Buddha sculpture, believed to be from the collection of author and subject matter specialist, Sylvia Fraser-Lu. We have an antique Japanese two-panel tea ceremony screen (27” x 51.5”) depicting the Tale of Kogo and the Moon over Saga, from the 13th Century recorded history of the Heike Monogatari. We are also selling watercolors by celebrated Japanese artists Manjiro Terauchi (1890 - 1964), A. Yoshida (1876 - 1950) and Ginnosuke Yokouchi (1870 - 1942).
To brighten up your living space we have an impressive chandelier, vases and urns, blue and white dishware, rugs and runners, clocks, lamps and mirrors. Outside we are selling a selection of garden furniture, plants and a beautiful wicker wraparound chair.
If music production or DJing are your niche, then our equipment list includes an Akai APC 40 professional controller, an Opcode Studio 64 XTC MIDI interface, American Audio Pro-DJ CD Players, a Numark DXM06 digital mixer, an Alesis Nanoverb, an M-Audio Oxygen 8 MIDI keyboard and an Elezan electric guitar amp.
