We accept cash, checks with local ID, MC or VISA cards on purchases over $50.00. A 3% convenience fee will be charge for all credit/debit transactions. Items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. Please inspect items prior to purchase. Items must be removed by 2pm on the last day of the sale. Plan to bring your own moving help, as staff is not allowed to move furniture. Be considerate of neighbors mailboxes and driveways; and leave room for emergency vehicles to pass.

Description & Details

This amazing home highlights the world traveling owner's passion for wood working, antique tools,  hunting, fishing, cigar boxes and humidors, the Bucs, and music.  Every room represents a different attitude from traditional to underwater themes -  from intellectual to frivolous. Outside you are transported to Margaritaville. All appliances and light fixtures will also be available.

There will be a by appointment only preview sale for buyers - NOT browser on Friday, May 2nd from 5pm - 7pm. Email your name, phone number and email address to secure a spot. Only a limited number of buyers will be admitted. You will receive email confirmation and the address for the preview and sale.

PRICES WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE PRIOR TO THE SALE.

The address for this sale will be posted the day before the sale.
