This is an in-person sale. Masks are required. We will be limiting the number of people entering the home at one time.

No pre-sales. No prices will be given prior to the sale.

Credit card and cash only. We will be collecting 7.5% sales tax on all sales.

Bring help to remove heavy items. ALL items must be removed by the end of sale day.

No large bags or purses

No food or drink

No public bathroom

Please be mindful of children and yourself - you break it, you pay for it

Our staff is not available to help remove items from the house.

There will be some boxes/bags/wrapping material on hand, but plan to bring your own

First come, first served - the waiting line must monitor itself

**Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Absolutely no early birds please.
