Shuttle Info: The sale location is 109 Old Ponte Vedra Beach Drive; however, there is extremely little to no legal parking on site. We are providing a shuttle on Thursday and Friday from one hour prior to opening to close leaving from Cornerstone Athletic Park behind the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall at 1046 A1A and on Saturday from Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church at 4510 Palm Valley Road. Passengers can be dropped off on site and you can bring your vehicle back to pick up large items. Come, shop and enjoy, but remember that you enter at your own risk, we are not liable for accidents. Cash and credit cards only, no non-service pets or large handbags. EVEN THE HOUSE IS FOR SALE, and must be cleared, this gorgeous estate is not to be missed.
