* If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, please come to the sale. We do not sell pictured items ahead of the actual sale opening and we do not "hold" items until you arrive.
* We reserve the right to limit the amount of people at any given time to ensure a safe shopping environment.
* There will be no public restroom available at this sale.
* We accept Cash and Credit Cards (minimum of $10 on all credit card transactions).
* Handling and loading of heavy items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please bring adequate help to load purchases.
* We use cameras at all sales.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE ⚠️ Please note that this sale is located within a gated community. When arriving, simply provide the guard with the street address for entry. As the home is situated on a cul-de-sac with narrow roads, we will have a team member on-site to assist with parking. We kindly ask that all guests park on one side of the street only to allow traffic to flow safely. Additionally, please be mindful and respectful of neighboring properties - do not block any driveways or mailboxes.
Please be aware that as this is a private, residential gated community, the community management reserves the right to restrict neighborhood access at their discretion should any concerns arise. In the unlikely event that access is limited, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will do our best to communicate any updates promptly.
