Flash Estate Liquidation Tag Sale in Reunion, FL

- This is a live estate tag sale that will be conducted at a $1.6M house in Reunion, FL.
- Pricing will be lucrative because we need to sell everything by this weekend. We will not publish or disclose any prices online. The purpose for this policy is to be fair to everyone, and we respectfully request that you come to the sale to view pricing. We will do a live video on our Facebook page on Saturday morning to show prices on the remaining items. Please do not ask us for prices prior to December 13th.
- Parking in the driveway is only for our employees and those loading purchases. Please leave this area open for everyone to use for quick loading of purchases. There is plenty of street parking in this neighborhood. There is no need to block driveways, park in any driveways, or block mailboxes. Also, please do not park in any grass areas. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Anyone who is not courteous with their parking may be asked to leave.
- This is a first come, first served sale. Anyone who wants to have an early opportunity to buy items must line up at the front door before we open each day.
- We will consider any reasonable offers starting on Saturday and not before this time. We will drop prices to 50% off starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, so reasonable offers on Saturday morning are considered to be at least 60% of the tag price. Some items may be auctioned at any time during the sale, as John Spinks, Florida Licensed Auctioneer (License #AU5220) will be present throughout the sale. Any remaining items on Saturday afternoon may be available to be purchased in bulk via live auction bidding, and some items might be free of charge. Our goal is to have everything gone from the house.
- We will accept cash, Zelle (usually for large purchases), and credit/debit cards. There is a 3% additional fee for credit cards. We DO NOT accept checks. Sorry, no refunds and no holds. Please be sure to inspect the merchandise with due diligence.
- Please bring help to load furniture and other large or heavy items. We are not responsible for helping to load, and someone may not be available to assist with loading during sale hours, especially if we are busy at check out.
- If you or any of your guests under 18 years of age cause damage to any of the real estate or other property while at the sale, you will be held responsible for the damage. Please be careful while perusing the sale, and please ensure that your guests are careful too.
- We are not responsible for any accidents on or off the property.
