Please note the lot number  for items you would like to purchase . All items must be picked up on Friday, April 17 by appointment between 10 and 2 PM. 

Please send a text to 619-727-3414 with the lot number that you’d like to purchase and your desired form of payment from the following list: 
PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, or Zelle.

All items are offered on a first come first serve basis. They must be paid in advance in order to HOLD items and receive appointment time to pick up. You must take all items in your lot. There will be no “splitting” of lots, so please do not ask. You must bring your own box/es in order to pack.

All prices and sales are final and reflect the lowest discounts. For larger items you must bring help to move the item. If you purchase a smaller lot we can arrange for a porch pick up. 

 As you will see most of the LOTS include the content of FULL tables and cannot be packed prior to pick up, so you must do that when you arrive. Please be prepared with your packing supplies 😊

Once payment is confirmed you will be given a confirmation appointment time so please include your desired time to pick up on 4/17/20 in Rockledge between 10 am and 2 PM. The pick up address will be provided at this time once payment is made.
 

As items are sold they will be removed from the listing. Again first come first serve means first payment received will reserve your lot or item. 
 

All furniture that is available will also be discounted. If you’d like to make an offer and it is accepted you must pre-pay in one of the forms aforementioned, and then will be provided with an appointment time for pick up.  Appointments will be offered for All items if you respond with your desired time between the hours of 10 and 2 PM.
