My clients just bought a house in Cape May New Jersey in the town that I grew up in called the Wildwood. We hit it off right away as he is an eagles fan and I was wearing my eagles jersey when I met him. Now answer the sale. All the furniture inside is of great taste. Furniture that would be seen in many homes in Pennsylvania. Most of the chairs in the dining area are Hitchcock chairs. Everything is solid wood I told them to leave everything behind and we will take care of it all. Up in the attic I found lots of Christmas items that we will be setting up for the sale just consider this another Christmas in July. Which we used to celebrate in New Jersey. This is one of the cleanest homes we've had of late. Smoke free and pet free. So if you have a dog on the leaves please carry it with you instead of letting it walk around I'd like to keep that sacred for our client. Lots of closets to go through and storage galore.
