Estate Art Sale

  Experience the largest private collection of fine art in Northern Florida!  More than 175 paintings must be sold due to limited storage space!  Most of the paintings are listed on Google, askART.com, or in books and publications such as Davenport's Art Reference & Price Guide, Who Was Who in American Art.  The collection of art comes from all over the United States & Europe!  Each is an original oil, Acrylic, watercolor, drawing, there also are a few original lithographs and sculptures!  You'll find all different sizes ranging from inches to feet in dimension.  There will be no knock-outs or factory pieces!  Prices will widely range from less than $100 to less than $1500 in general.  Everything, will have a marked price which will be discounted 25% on Wednesday, 30% on Thursday and 35% on Friday.  Multiple sales of three or more items will be discounted 35% for all items purchased.  The January sale runs three days only, the 23rd, 24th and 25th of January!  Each day we will be open 9-2.  Be prepared to spend a good amount of time looking at wall art and digging through floor art!  This is a great opportunity to find that perfect piece or pieces for your home or office!  Many paintings are great investments and a wonderful addition to your personal portfolio!  The sale will be held at a private home.  Parking is limited to the driveway (If available), or on side streets, there is no parking in front of the residents!  Please call Lloyd for more information at 904-825-1951
