You are responsible for determining the authenticity of an item, regardless of how it is represented, as opinions may differ. All sales are final and become your property when item is sold. NO Refunds or Exchanges. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ESTATE SALES. ESTATE SALE PURCHASES ARE ONLY CHARGED APPLICABLE SALES TAX!
-There is a 13% Buyers Premium on your purchases at auction when you pay with a Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover Card. You will receive a 3% discount when paying with Cash or Check, and will only pay 10% Buyers Premium on your items. You will be charged 6.5% Sales Tax on your purchases, unless you have a copy of your valid re-sale certificate on file with us.
-All merchandise must be paid in full on the day of the auction regardless of when it is picked up. All items must be picked up within 24 Hours, Please call for appointment at 904-806-4274. After 24 Hours, all property remaining on the premises become the property of GEAC, and no refunds will be given.
