This is a true Pickers Estate Sale. Items will not be staged, cleaned, tested, repaired, or organized. Most items will not be individually priced. The estate is extensive and contains a large volume of small items, including but not limited to glassware, antiques, artwork, and collectibles.
All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as permitted under Florida law.
“Pack-a-Sack” Program — On Friday Day 1
A limited number of Pack-a-Sacks will be sold at entry only for $25 per sack (cash only) $23.47 for bag +1.53 for Fla Sales Tax= $25. Each sack measures 12" x 6" x 12". The first 25 "Pack-a-Sacks" sold will be allowed into the estate sale 30 minutes early (approx. 8:30am or earlier).
All Pack-a-Sack purchases are final and non-refundable
One (1) Pack-a-Sack per person
No re-entry of Pack-a-Sacks will be allowed
Pack-a-Sacks may not be shared, transferred, exchanged, or combined
Only items that fully fit inside the sack may be included
Available while supplies last
Must be purchased at entry; no holds or exceptions
On Friday Day 1 The first 25 "Pack-a-Sacks" sold will be allowed into the estate sale 30 minutes early
“Pack-a-Sack” Program — On Saturday Day 2 Pack-a-Sacks will be sold at entry only for $15 per sack (cash only) with same terms and conditions
“Pack-a-Sack” Program — On Sunday Day 3 Pack-a-Sacks will be sold at entry only for $5 per sack (cash only) with same terms and conditions
Customers who do not purchase a Pack-a-Sack may request pricing on individual items or create a purchase pile. All pricing decisions are made at the sole discretion of sale pricing coordinator. Pack-a-Sack sales will have priority over individual item pricing.
Bags, Boxes & Handling
No handbags, purses, backpacks, or personal bags of any kind are permitted.
Boxes or plastic bags may be provided for customer use while supplies last and are not guaranteed.
Customers are solely responsible for the handling, packing, and transport of all purchased items.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By entering the property, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending this estate sale, including but not limited to injury, getting dirty, getting stinky, property damage, breakage, slips, trips, falls, uneven surfaces, crowded conditions, or damage to personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release and hold harmless the property owner, estate, estate sale company, estate auction company, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to your presence on the premises or participation in the sale.
The estate sale company and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal property.
Damage to Property or Merchandise
Any customer who causes damage to merchandise, fixtures, or property may be held financially responsible and may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Estate company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
General
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.
