Large Purchases: The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed. We will help if we able, we are not responsible in anyway for anything not limited to damage to the item, vehicle, or you. All items must be picked up by the close of the sale date and time, unless other arrangements are made at the time of the purchase.

Numbers for the first day of the sale:

Sign up for numbers will be available via email at treasures@thegreatestatesales.com, or thru the contact us link on estate sales.net from the time the sale is listed thru the Thursday evening prior to the sale by 6pm. Please provide the first name and last initial for each number you request. One number per person- this includes children. Sorry, No exceptions. If you miss the email window, then we put out the sign up sheet out on Friday morning. This sale is in a gated community so they will not allow access until 9am. We will begin calling numbers at 9:15am. After name/number(s) are called general entry will begin depending on how many numbers have already entered. Numbers are available to everyone. They are just used to help manage the line or crowd, if we have one, at the beginning of the sale on the first day. If you don't have a number, it is no problem. Numbers are not required to enter, numbers just enter first. Thank you!
