We accept cash, checks (restrictions apply), Visa & Mastercard (3% convenience fee). 7% sales tax is collected unless you have a current 2018 DR-13 resale certificate to give us at the sale (we need a copy to keep). All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties expressed or implied. Moving & loading of all items purchased is your responsibility. Please view and handle items at your own risk. You will be responsible for any damage you may cause to the items or the home.

Fantastic Estate Sale in World Golf Village taking place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, August 30th, 31st and September 1st. We will be open from 9am to 5pm on Thursday and from 9am to 5pm on Friday.  We will be open on Saturday from 9am to noon to clear out the house! Sign up sheet will be posted at the front door by 5pm on Wednesday, August 29th.  We will negotiate on items Saturday.
