We accept cash, checks (restrictions apply), Visa & Mastercard (3% convenience fee). 7% sales tax is collected unless you have a current 2019 DR-13 resale certificate to give us at the sale (we need a copy to keep). All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties expressed or implied. Moving & loading of all items purchased is your responsibility. Please view and handle items at your own risk. You will be responsible for any damage you may cause to the items or the home.

This small, but fine Estate Sale will be held on Friday and Saturday, May 17th and 18th. We will be open from 10am to 5pm on Friday and from 9am to 3pm on Saturday. A sign up sheet will be posted at the front door by 5pm on Thursday, May 16th. 

Although this sale has lots of great stuff, we have limited space in the home and garage. We will have to limit the amount of people in the home due to space. Thank you ahead of time for your understanding and patience.
