A Life Time of Love & Memories

- We accept Cash, Venmo and Credit Cards. No checks will be accepted. A 6.5% Sales Tax for St Johns County will be collected. We charge a 3% service fee for credit/debit cards

- There is only one way in and one way out of this community. One side of street parking only and do NOT block any driveways.

- No backpacks or large purses allowed into the sale. Empty reusable totes are allowed.

- No baby strollers please

- We reserve the right to withdraw an item from the sale if a price ticket is removed or switched.

- We reserve the right to refuse to sell an item, and to refuse service to anyone if they are disrespectful or aggressive towards our staff or customers.

- There is carpet throughout the house so please no animals unless it's a Service Animal.

- We love children and if you bring children, for safety reasons, please have them next to you at all times.

-NO public restrooms available

- We sell items AS IS. It is YOUR responsibility to dismantle and move items. Some items might be large and heavy so please bring help. We will hold items until 2 hours before closing on Sunday but could work something out. Please ask!

- We take no responsibility for moving items, damage to item or injuries occurred while moving a purchase.

- We have some packing supplies but would appreciate if you bring your own boxes and wrapping when possible.

- Please watch your step as we are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries. You are entering the premises of this sale at your own risk.

- Please respect all “Private” / “Empty” / "Do Not Enter" signs inside

- Please know house is under Ring camera surveillance both outside and inside.
