In pristine condition, sold with original book with photograph of the piece and plexiglass case. Bowl measures approx. 5 3/4'' x 10 3/4'' x 9'', case measures 12'' x 10 1/2'' x 10 1/2''. Lot 1003: GERMAN CARVED & ORMOLU MOUNTED TALL CASE CLOCK: Late 19th to early 20th century, profusely carved oak case with applied ormolu decoration to include masquerons, trim, foliate and floral decoration. Brass dial with Roman numerals, L. Furtwangler & Sohne time and strike movement, double weight, pierced and embossed pendulum. 90 1/4'' h. x 22 3/4'' x 13''.
CONDITION: Repair to trim on top, age splits to bezel, pendulum will require new suspension spring. currently running however not guaranteed to continue or to keep accurate time.

Lot 1010: FINE 19TH CENTURY GERMAN CARVED DESK: Top with removable penidment, single central door with carve decoration and applied cast metal masqueron, single drawer either side. Base with burl walnut veneer writing surface over single full length drawer, carved and stunred legs, shped stretcher with central foot rest. Overall measures 63 1/2'' h. x 39'' x 24 3/4''.
CONDITION: Top right door lock not functioning and locked shut, wear to writing surface, other wear consistent with age and use.

Lot 1012: GILT BRONZE ART DECO CZECH PEACOCK LAMP: Gilt bronze figural peacock base with colored andclear crystal swags in tail. Overall 16 3/4'' h. x 15 1/4'' x 7''. Est. $1000/1500**

Lot 1013: FINE 19TH CENTURY CARVED GERMAN SIDEBOARD: Top with carved decoration over single open shelf over decorated backsplash. Body with single drawer over 2 doors with carved wood panels, applied cast metal lion masqueron pulls. Base with open storage on bun feet. Overall approx. 84'' h. x 43 1/4'' x 23''.
CONDITION: Minor scratches to top, other wear consistent with age and use.

Lot 1017: 14K EMERALD AND SAPPHIRE NECKLACE WITH EMERALD ENHANCER PENDANT: One pear shaped mixed cut emerald (9 x 7 mm) and four oval mixed cut emeralds (7 x 5 mm.) All totaling approx. 4.65 Ct. The emeralds average VS in clarity, G hue, 3 tone and 3 in saturation. Four oval shaped mixed cut sapphires total approx. 4.5 Ct., rated VS in clarity and clear in color. Emeralds and sapphires are prong set. The pear shaped emerald is a detachable pendant. Weight 27.5 grams. Sold with 2011 Florida Diamond Appraisers GIA graduates appraisal for $3,950.

Lot 1018: 1929 BERKEY & GAY ''OLD IRONSIDES'' SIDE TABLE: Single drawer side table, only 100 of these were made. Plaque inside drawer certifies limited edition with onlayed American eagle hand carved from the deck of the US Frigate Constitution, launched in 1797 and recondition at the Boston Navy Ship yard 1929. Also has Berkley & Gay metal tag inside drawer. Measures 29 1/4'' tall, 30 1/4'' x 18 3/4''.
CONDITION: Several flaws to top, other wear consistent with age and use.

CONDITION: Not laid, hinge mounted with tape on upper margins, visible staining.

Lot 1082: 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY CHIPPENDALE STYLE HIGHBOY: Mid 19th century, flame mahogany veneer all over. Broken arch pediment with rosettes, 2 spire finials. Top central drawer with carved shell front surmounted by 2 shaped drawers over 4 full length graduated drawers. Base with full length drawer over 3 drawer, center having matching shell decoration. Brass batwing pulls and escutcheons. Shaped skirt, cabriole legs with carved knees ending in claw and ball feet.
CONDITION: Crazing to veneer, age split to pediment, trim on base with missing corner, chips. Other wear consistent with age and use. Nails appear to be 1790-1835 vintage.

Lot 1087: PLATINUM 4.92 CTW DIAMOND SOLITAIRE EARRINGS: Diamond stud earrings. 1) 2.52 Ct. Old mine cut diamond, 9.35 x 8.81 x 4.57 mm., VS2 clarity, Cape Light Yellow in color. 2) 1.95 Ct. Old European cut, 8.66 x 8.70 x 4.55 mm, VS1 clarity and also Cape Light Yellow color. Prong set, post and nut closure. Sold with current Atlanta Gemological GIA graduate's appraisal for $19,950. Lot 1201: GURLEY BRASS SURVEYORS TRANSIT WITH ORIGINAL TRIPOD: Late 19th century production with no visible serial number, brass transit with level and silvered dial compass marked W. & L. E. Gurley, Troy, N. Y.. Transit overall measures 9 1/4'' h. x 8 3/4'' x 5 1/2''. Original carrying case with leather strap measures 11 3/4'' x 10'' x 7''. Sold with original wood and brass telescoping tripod, also marked Gurley on mounts.
CONDITION: Shows signs of age, optics appear to be working fine however we are not experts in transits. Scratches to tripod legs.

Lot 1233: CONTEMPORARY MAITLAND-SMITH RATTAN STYLE SOFA: Faux rattan carved wood frame with splayed arms with cast metal lion masqueron medallions. Lot 1311: COLLECTION OF SILVER OBJETS DE VERTU: An assembled collection to include 1) Pair of figural wine corks with sterling mounted horse and pheasant, 5'' long overall. 2) Pair continental silver bird place weights, obscured hallmark, fineness unknown, 1 1/2'' h. 3) Bull and matador place weights, marked 916/1000 and obscured hallmark, matador 1 1/8''.
