Auction lots are sold without reserve to the highest bidder with a 18% buyers premium added to the final bid price and 7% Florida sales tax applied. There is a 3% cash discount if paid in cash and picked up onsite within the stated time frame. Sale is located at 8228 132nd St N. Seminole, Fl 33776
All items must be picked up and/or shipping arrangements finalized by Tuesday, April 26th. Pickup and shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Your paid receipt email will include detailed instructions and, if necessary, a list of trusted local third party shipping options. Shipping quotes may be obtained via UPS Store 3751 at 813-251-9593 or myauctionquote.com. Local buyers can pick up from the estate on Wed. the 27th and the 28th from 10-3 both days.
