Family Run Estate Sale. This is a cash only sale !! Bring help to load heavy items, will not be able to assist. Bring tools for Bunk Beds, Bed Frames, Shop tools etc.. This sale is on a dead end street, plenty of parking - but please try and park on the right hand side of road when coming to the point. Respect the neighbors drives, and property please. Don't pull into driveway, unless loading large items. Property secured by a large gate, will open gate at 7:30 am to allow line at the front door or the out building. See the photos of sale to determine which line to get in. The outbuildings, garage will be one line, the house another. Anything purchased in the House is paid for at checkout - anything purchased in Outbuilding is paid for before leaving Outbuilding. Be careful parking, a 45deg angle in the grass to right of the driveway would be best.

This is a one day Estate sale. House is sold and closes in two weeks. EVERYTHING must go! Sale hours are from 8am to 3pm Saturday May 6th only. 90% of items are tagged, bring anything not tagged to checkout. We will give you a price you can't turn down!! We will drop to half price somewhere after noon. After 2:00 pm, make a pile and lets deal. Family has been at this home for 30+ years. Multiple generations of items. We will have MANY box / bulk lots. I will be looking for a buyout of remaining items at sale end, and a clean out as well. Perhaps can incorporate the two into one.
