By entering the property and attending this sale, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them before entering.
We want everyone to have a fun, safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Please take a moment to review the following before attending the sale.

ENTRY, NUMBERS & OCCUPANCY

To provide a safe, comfortable shopping experience and protect the home and merchandise, we will limit the number of shoppers allowed inside the sale at one time.

Numbers will be handed out beginning at 9AM on the first day of the sale. Numbers will determine the order of entry when the sale opens at 10AM. We will not honor customer-created lists or unofficial sign-up sheets.

At opening, a limited number of shoppers will be admitted in number order. Once we reach capacity, entry will be ONE OUT / ONE IN.

Please be prepared to wait outside if we are at capacity. Having a number establishes your place for the initial entry only and does not guarantee immediate admission.

Once the initial opening rush has passed, numbers will no longer be necessary; however, we reserve the right to continue limiting the number of shoppers inside the home at any time for safety and crowd control.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Our goal is to give everyone enough room to shop comfortably while protecting the home, merchandise and our shoppers.

BAGS & PERSONAL ITEMS
For the safety and security of everyone at the sale, NO purses, backpacks, tote bags, shopping bags, strollers or baby carriers will be permitted inside. Please leave these items in your vehicle. Cell phones and wallets only.

NO FILMING, RECORDING OR SMART GLASSES
At the homeowner’s request, NO filming, video recording, or livestreaming is permitted anywhere inside the sale or on the property.
Meta/Ray-Ban smart glasses and any other wearable recording devices are not permitted. If you are wearing recording-enabled glasses, you will be asked to remove them before entering.
Anyone found filming, recording or livestreaming anywhere on the property will be asked to leave the sale immediately.
We appreciate your cooperation and respect for the homeowner’s privacy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Please inspect everything carefully before purchasing. All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Once an item has been purchased, it is yours and becomes your responsibility.

HOLD AREA
We will have a designated area where you may temporarily place smaller items you intend to purchase. Please understand that this area will not be continuously monitored by staff, and we cannot be responsible for items left there.
Placing an item in the hold area does not constitute a completed sale. Please keep track of your own items and pay for them promptly.

PACKING MATERIALS
We do not provide bags, boxes, packing paper or wrapping materials.
With lots of china, porcelain, ceramics and glassware at this sale, please bring your own boxes, bags and packing materials.

PURCHASING LARGE ITEMS
Interested in a large piece of furniture? Please see a staff member. We will provide you with a card for the item to take to the checkout area.
Once payment has been made, return the card to a staff member and the item will be clearly marked SOLD/PAID.
An item is not considered sold until payment has been received.

MOVING & LOADING
Buyers are responsible for all moving, lifting, loading and transportation of their purchases.
Please bring adequate help for furniture and other large or heavy items. Staff assistance may not be available.
Please also bring any tools, dollies, blankets, straps or other equipment you may need to safely remove your purchases.
Please handle furniture, artwork, décor and the property with care while shopping and removing purchases. Buyers are responsible for any damage caused while moving or removing their items.

LARGE ITEM PICKUP
For everyone's safety, large furniture and appliances cannot be moved through the property during regular sale hours.
Large-item pickup will be available:
• One hour before or immediately after the second sale day, or
• At the end of the third sale day, as directed by staff.
All purchases must be removed from the property during the designated sale/pickup hours unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
There are NO public restrooms available. Thank you for understanding.

PAYMENT
We accept:
Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all Credit Card purchases – NO checks.

DEALERS / RESALE CERTIFICATES
Dealers claiming a sales-tax exemption must present a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax before checkout (a copy to leave). Please have your certificate ready.

SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY
Please watch your step and shop carefully - this house is PACKED with items, so it is very close quarters.
The homeowner and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss or damage occurring on the property.
Loading and moving merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

PARKING
There is NO onsite parking. Street parking only.
This is a narrow residential street. Please be courteous to our neighbors and follow all posted parking instructions. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, trash cans or neighboring properties, and do not park on lawns or landscaped areas.
Please help us keep the roadway clear for residents and emergency vehicles.
