Sale Terms
• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• All items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. No warranties, expressed or implied.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, including markdowns as the sale progresses.
• Golden Era Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse any offer or sale.
Payment
• CASH PREFERRED
credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle are accepted.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• All purchases must be paid for and removed the same day, unless other arrangements have been
confirmed with staff in advance.
Entry & Conduct
• Entry may be limited for space and safety.
• No early birds. The sale opens promptly at the posted time.
• No holds on items prior to the sale.
• Large bags and backpacks may be subject to inspection.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please follow posted parking instructions and avoid blocking driveways or neighboring properties.
Purchases & Pickup
• Buyers are responsible for moving and loading large or heavy items.
• Items must be picked up by the end of the sale. No Exceptions.
• Sold tags or stickers must remain visible on items until they leave the premises.
Discounts
• 50% discount on second day of sale.
• All persons enter the premises at their own risk.
• Golden Era Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or
stolen items.
