Estate Sales of Sarasota conducts a once a month warehouse sale with personal property from several local estates, mostly all of which come from either homes in gated communities, or high rise condos where we are typically not allowed to conduct on-site estate sales. These sales work just like our on-site sales, with discounts on the second day of 30% off, and 50% off on Sunday.
