3 Day Brandon Estate Sale

-Sale is : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Doors open at 10:00 AM.

-FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN WHILE INSIDE THE HOME. NO FACEMASK, NO ENTRY INTO THE SALE!!

-Limit of 8 at a time in, so please be patient. Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers.

-NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS

-WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE!

-This is a CASH only Sale!!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS!!!

-Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area.

-Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.

-SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home.

-Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.

-Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.

" Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised."

-All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted.

-Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases.

-If you break an item, it's yours to buy.

-Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate

-We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.
