Everything is sold "As Is, Where Is" with no warranties implies or otherwise. Buyer shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
Everything must be paid for the day of the auction regardless of when they are picked up.
Buyer is responsible for packaging and removal of purchased items.
All sales are final. Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. Auctioneer cannot honor "mistakes".
Absentee buyers are responsible for all packaging and shipping and give Rising Sun Auction, LLC their consent to charge their credit card for these fees.
There is a 15% buyers premium added to every purchase.
We must collect 6.5% sales tax unless we have a current copy of your resale tax certificate.
Do not remove merchandise without auction personnel to check you out.
All purchases must be removed day of auction unless specified by auctioneer.
Items not removed within 3 days are considered abandoned and will be disposed of at auctioneer discretion
Cash, Visa, Master card, Discover and American express accepted. We DO NOT accept checks.

Come Kickoff the Memorial Weekend with a fun and energetic auction.This estate auction just doesn't boast of newer furniture throughout the house, but a garage packed full of barely used power and bench tools, boat parts and supplies for sail boats including 2 large sails and masts. They even have 2 catamarans on trailers. The owner had a boat dealership up north. We can;t forget a 1996 Presidential series Lincoln. There is a ping pong tables, boat fishing poles, bikes, garden/lawn equipment, tons of VHS and electronics. There's much,  much more. This was a second home. We will have refreshments, a raffle and our "Lightening Round". Preview will be May 24 3 pm - 6:30 pm. Nobody will be able to enter the house after the auction started. Please come early to preview. This auction will be held outside. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be considerate and park on one side of the street only. Please do not block neighbor's driveway. Please check back.
