Unless listed as a pre-sale item, no items will be sold in advance of the first sale day.
We accept cash, checks with proper ID, and credit cards for purchases over $25.
As required by Florida law, we collect sales tax at our sales. If exempt, a copy of your exempt tax certificate IS REQUIRED for all exempt sales.
Packing and boxes are limited so please bring your own. We are happy to assist you with getting small items to your car when possible, however, you must arrange to have heavy objects loaded and unloaded. We have contact information for local moving services to assist, if necessary.
Please note, we don't sell over the phone or online unless item is available for "presale". If we presale items, it will be noted by Friday the week before the sale starts and prices will be posted under the items available. No other pricing is give over phone or email unless item is a presale item.
If you wish to purchase items from our sale, please come to the sale and inspect the item and purchase in person.
