Due to PARKING issues this sale will be conducted BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Plenty of appointments now available! Wednesday and Thursday are full price, Friday is 25% off, and Saturday is 50% off.
Lots and LOTS of vintage tools, electronics, men's clothes, small kitchen appliances, music equipment, kegerator w/supplies, cameras, a 3D Printer, model trains, some furniture, camping equipment, and much, much more!
You will be given parking instructions when you make your appointment. Please follow them as given. Address will be released to appointment holders the day before the sale. Failure to park as directed may result in your entry being denied until your parking situation is rectified. Appointment holders feel free to bring as many people as they would like in one car!!
The inside of the house is located at the top of a very steep flight of stairs. If you have trouble climbing up or down stairs, please take this into consideration and take the proper precautions. We can help you take your purchases back down the stairs.
If you are purchasing large items, a separate pick-up date may be arranged.
There is no need to arrive early to this sale as it is appointment only and arriving before your appointment will not grant you early entry.
