Cash is preferred but major credit cards are accepted. Sales tax, as required by law, will be collected at check out. Please be considerate of neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes. This home will be monitored by staff to ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant shopping experience. We make every effort to assist you in loading merchandise under 40 pounds, however please bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents.
Shopping baskets are available so please leave large bags/purses in your vehicle. There are no pre-sales this week and no prices are given out over the phone.

This large estate sale will include a class-A motorhome, furniture, household contents, garage and workshop items, new artwork, new and used clothing, industrial sewing machines, upholstery sergers, fabric, theatre leather couch and recliners, traditional leather couch, china cabinet, outdoor furniture, household items, full kitchen, and more!  

We will be accepting sealed bids for the 1997 Southwind Motorhome.  Approximately 85,000 miles.  It is not currently in working condition.  If you would like to get the spec sheet on the motorhome in advance of the sale, please email me at ashbyestatesales@gmail.com .
