2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

We are selling the entire contents of this historic 5,000 square-feet, 5-bedroom, Hacienda style estate in South Miami. This beautiful home is absolutely brimming with treasures. Check out hundreds of photos below!
Among the stars of the show is a 2005 Harley Davidson Softail Springer Classic Heritage with approx. 7000 miles, passenger seat, windshield and suitcases. We are also selling a 2010 Vespa 300 sport with approx. 5000 miles, back helmet trunk and passenger back rest.
We have an enormous fashion assortment for sale comprising apparel, jewelry, watches, handbags, sunglasses and shoes from popular designer and luxury brands. Watch brands include Rolex, Cartier, Burberry and other high end names. We have handbags and purses from Christian Dior, Alexander McQueen, Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs among others, while apparel brands include Armani, Diane Von Furstenberg, Jean Paul Gaultier, Miu Miu, Ted Baker, Calvin Klein and more.
There is an array of outdoor furniture and decor for sale including wrought iron tables and chairs, a concrete Buddha head, ornate wooden benches, pots and planters, loungers, a grill and more.
Indoor furniture includes an impressive 8-seater dining table and chairs set as well as a charming selection of beds, sofas, tables and chairs. There are also lots of home decor items for sale such as lamps, rugs, mirrors and a striking collection of artwork pieces including a portfolio of 5 framed and signed lithographs (‘Flowers’) from 1990 by renowned American painter and sculptor, Donald Baechler.
We are selling a vintage Exercycle exercise bike, a wine fridge, books, electronics, glassware, kitchenware, lots of garage items, a Columbia Trailhead mountain bike, a Singer sewing machine, a glass bottle collection and so much more.
