Pricing
All items are priced and marked. No early bird pricing. Prices are firm on Day 1 and may be reduced on Day 2 and Day 3 at our discretion.
Loading & Removal
Buyers are responsible for the safe removal of all purchased items. Please bring your own help, moving equipment, dollies, blankets, and an appropriate vehicle. Large items such as furniture, the grandfather clock, and the John Deere mower will require additional manpower and a truck or trailer. We are not responsible for damage during loading or transport.
General Rules
All items sold as-is. No returns or exchanges. Items must be paid for and removed same day. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please be respectful of the property and other shoppers.
Children & Pets
Children must be supervised at all times. No pets permitted on the property.
Parking
Please be courteous of neighbors and follow all posted parking instructions.
Numbering System
A numbering system may be used to manage entry on opening day. Please arrive early and check in at the door.
