We have security cameras, therefore by entering the home you agree to be recorded. We accept cash or credit cards on purchases over $50.00. Items are sold as is, so please inspect items prior to purchase; and we do not offer a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to limit entry at certain times for security and safety. Bring your own help to move items, because our staff is not permitted to move large or heavy items. The driveway is for pickup only. Finally, we are not responsible for injury or accidents.
