Please bring help to load large items. All items sold as is. No returns, no exceptions, TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT. We accept cash, local Villages checks, and credit cards. We have a $20.00 minimum on all credit/debit card transactions and a 3% charge will be added to any credit card transaction over $100.00. All items purchased MUST be removed by CLOSING TIME the last day of the estate sale. We do not take measurements of furniture.
All bedroom sets are sold as a SET the first day of the estate sale (furniture only, mattresses may be purchased separately). Please note: WE DO NOT PRE-SELL OR PREVIEW ANY ITEMS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF VEHICLES
