ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please carefully inspect all merchandise before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or warranties unless specifically stated otherwise.

NO LARGE BAGS, BACKPACKS, TOTE BAGS, OR OVERSIZED PURSES are permitted inside the sale area.

NO PETS. Trained service animals are permitted as required by law.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE.

NO SMOKING

Children must remain with and be supervised by an adult at all times.

Customers purchasing furniture, equipment, or other large or heavy items are responsible for providing their own appropriate vehicle, equipment, and sufficient help to safely remove their purchases.

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed to still be available when you arrive.

Please be respectful of the property, neighboring properties, private driveways, other shoppers, and Orange Flag Estate Sales staff.

ENTRY ONTO THE PROPERTY AND INTO THE SALE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

By entering the property, parking area, warehouse, or sale premises, each visitor voluntarily assumes the risks associated with entering, remaining on, and moving throughout the property, including but not limited to grass parking areas, uneven terrain, holes or depressions, steps, thresholds, flooring, merchandise, furniture, tools, equipment, loading areas, walkways, and other conditions that may exist on or around the premises.

By voluntarily choosing to enter the property and sale area, visitors acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own personal safety and, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, agree to release and hold harmless Orange Flag Estate Sales, the estate, the property owner, and their respective employees, workers, representatives, and agents from claims arising from personal injury, property damage, accidents, slips, trips, falls, or other incidents occurring on or about the property, including claims arising from ordinary negligence to the extent permitted by law.

If you notice a condition that you believe may be unsafe, please notify an Orange Flag Estate Sales staff member immediately.
