Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE. All purchases must be removed by Saturday February 24 by 1:00 pm... Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2018 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
