Neither we nor the home owner are responsible for personal injuries or accidents on the premises.
We ask anyone who buys furniture or large heavy items to arrange to have the item(s) out within 24 hours and that you bring some muscle to move and load your item, we are not able to do so. Thank you!
Please be courteous when parking. We are not responsible for moving furniture or heavy items, please make arrangements if purchasing a large/heavy item.
Unfortunately we will not be able to accept credit cards, still working on it!
Anyone purchasing furniture or large/heavy items please arrange to pick them up promptly and please bring help to load your items, thank you!
