Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT THIS SALE. All purchases must be removed by May 2nd, 2015 by 1:00 p.m. Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2015 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children must be supervised at all times.
