We add your email to our customer list. You can easily unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails. We do not send excessive emails. We do not share your information.

All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. RM SALES may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall RM SALES to be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. RM Sales charges a 13% Buyers Premium. We may email you about future auctions and events. You must contact us within 3 days of the conclusion of the auction about your arrangements for LARGE Items. They will be held for a maximum of 7 days. If we have not heard from you within this period, your items are subject to being re-sold in the next available auction. If you have questions about a Lot, please contact the Auction Company at least 2 days before the auction. We will be happy to provide you with information. We also reserve the right to void items that are not shippable. If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase/shipping plus a 13% Buyer's Premium for all Internet bids. AHA Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. AHA Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. RM Sales Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AHA Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AHA Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. AHA Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. AUCTION HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. PLEASE REQUEST INSURANCE ON FRAGILE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. We also reserve the right to retracted the bid for any reason. Including loss of item. broken item, consignor conflict, bad description, or any other reason deemed important to the auctioneer.

Auctioneer reserves the write to bid on behalf of absentee buyers, himself and in lieu of reserve in special cases.

ANY ITEMS NO PICKED UP OR SHIPPED AFTER 14 DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDON AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF RM SALES. NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANYWAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDON ITEMS.
