We ask anyone who buys furniture or large heavy items to arrange to have the item(s) out within 24 hours and that you bring some muscle to move and load your item, we are not able to do so. Thank you!
Please be courteous when parking. We are not responsible for moving furniture or heavy items, please make arrangements if purchasing a large/heavy item.
Unfortunately we will not be able to accept credit cards, still working on it!

Estate Sale in Woodville Saturday January 31, 11:00-3:00 and Sunday February 1, 11:00-3:00 !
Well were winding down but still have new items no one has seen yet!
The house is still full of furniture but now you can actually see it! We have a beautiful antique twin bed and a queen size bed as well, 10+ book shelves, couch and chair set, 2 comfy chairs, 3 standing display cabinets, 2 very nice table and chair dining sets , various cabinets and desks, hall table, 2 end tables, 2 bar chairs, 2 dressers and more!
There are still a ridiculous amount of very nice female tops, slacks, capris, tops, sweaters, jackets, silk slips, thick socks, hankerchiefs, some very nice ladies shoes, purses and more! We just pulled out 2 more totes of clothes and more linens, towels and more!
The kitchen is still full of every type of kitchenware, microwave, counter/cabinet, 2 sets of fine china, and lots of miscellaneous items.
