All purchases are made AS IS WHERE IS with NO WARRENTY, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. You are at your own risk on property and grounds. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their lawns and driveways and park accordinally. We ask that you please do not Park in the driveway . This is for staff parking and loading. Please come prepared to load your purchases. Our staff WILL NOT be able to load or carry items for you. All purchases must be removed by Saturday October 22nd . by 1:00 p.m. Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your copy before checking out at the register.
