We appreciate everyone that attends and buys at our Sales.
We make every effort to make it a pleasurable and fun experience. We do not give prices by phone or email before a Sale, as prices can change on Sale Days, so please ask John or Erin.
We accept cash, checks with ID and Credit cards.
Anyone paying via credit/debit card or checks must show drivers license or photo ID.
Sales tax will be charged on all items purchased unless you provide us with a copy of your CURRENT resale tax exemption number (NO EXCEPTIONS!!). 2019 Sales Tax required.
Not responsible for accidents.
All children must be supervised at all times or you will be asked to leave the sale.
You are responsible for packing and loading of the items that you purchase.
We have a limited quantity of boxes/paper, so bring your own supplies if you have them. We are unable to help you load , but can supply phone number for a mover at your convenience if necessary.
Please always show respect and courtesy to Neighbors and other Buyers by not parking on their property or in driveway as we keep that free for loading and for those with disabilities.

The Grimes Family have moved, leaving fabulous items behind to be sold.
James Grimes started at the Naval Academy in Newport R I in 1863, graduated in 1867, rose to Lt Commander US Navy in 1911, with a Certificate signed by President Taft, his Son Henry Joined the Navy also. his nephew Gordon Kellar became an Airman in WW1, this Family are steeped in History of serving the US.
There are Historically significant items for Sale in this Estate. Take some time to view the Photos and take note.
