We will be sanitizing high-touch surfaces including doorknobs, countertops, handles, tables, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. All purchases are made AS IS WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUNDS, or NO EXCHANGES. You are at your own risk while on property & grounds. Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE.
