All purchases are made AS IS WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUNDS, or NO EXCHANGES. You are at your own risk while on property & grounds. Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. Parking is only permitted on one side of the street. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE. All purchases must be removed by 1:00 pm Saturday May 12th 2022. Sales Tax will be collected. DEALERS if WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CURRENT TAX CERTIFICATE ON FILE FOR 2021 YOU WILL BE CHARGED TAX. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2022 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children under 12 are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Sorry No Pre-Sales or pricing given out prior to sale. We will be following CDC guidelines . Mask are your choice.

Description & Details

This sale is very unique with a large variety of items. Antiques, Collectibles, Vintage, Art, Tools, General Household, Lawn & Garden, Men's Clothing, Residential Elevator and so much more!  It's a treasure trove for sure!  

We will let the photos tell the story !  We are still working on the set up and will be adding photos tomorrow evening (Monday) of the garage and shed.  

After getting through the garage and shed we have found some exceptional wood working tools to include Rockwell, Blue Hawk, Automath, Foredom. & Colwood. and many other great things.    

You will not be disappointed with this sale!  We are sorry we will not be able to answer questions prior to the sale due to the amount of work we still have to finish.  As always No Pre-Sales or pricing given out prior to the sale.  Thank you for your understanding.
