Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. Parking is only permitted on one side of the street. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE. All purchases must be removed by 2:00 pm Saturday May 6th, 2023 , unless other arrangements have been made. Sales Tax will be collected. First let us say thank You to all who attended Phase I of this sale a few weeks ago.  We now have unpacked all the remaining containers & boxes and we have a full house. The basement is over loaded with a wonderful selections of decorations for every holiday all at discounted pricing.
