We will have some boxes and wrapping paper, but it is limited; if you love crystal and other fragile treasures, you may want to bring your own! Video surveilance cameras will be in use; entry constitutes consent to recording. This is an active estate sale conducted on private property. Uneven surfaces, stairs, and other conditions may exist. Attendees assume all risks associated with entering and shopping on the premises. No public restroom. Children must be supervised at all times. Customers may be held responsible for items damaged through careless or negligent handling. No smoking, no pets allowed.

Loading Assistance: Please bring your own help for moving and loading purchases. Our team will NOT be available to assist with lifting, carrying, or loading items.
