Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE. All purchases must be removed by 1:00 pm Saturday May 23rd, 2020..Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2020 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
DEALERS BE SURE TO BRING US A COPY OF YOUR SALES TAX CERTIFICATE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED TAX. Visa, MC, Discover, Debit/Credit Cards accepted on purchases $15.00 and up. As always NO PRE-SALES.

SAFE TO SHOP per CDC Guidelines. Due to Covid-19 we will be operating just like everywhere else.  It is important to us to maintain safety, so please practice Social Distancing while you are in line to get in and at checkout.  We will be allowing TEN (10) perope in at a time with a MASK or sometype of face covering to keep in compliance with the CDC rules.  Gloves are optional.  We will have sand sanitizer available.  We ask for you patience while we limit the number of people saftely allowed in the house t the same time.  We apologize for this inconvenience, however we must follow the rules to keep you our customers and staff safe.
