We appreciate everyone that attends and buys at our Sales.
We make every effort to make it a pleasurable and fun experience. We do not give prices by phone or email before a Sale, as prices can change on Sale Days, so please ask John or Erin.
We accept cash, checks with ID and Credit cards.
Anyone paying via credit/debit card or checks must show drivers license or photo ID.
Sales tax will be charged on all items purchased unless you provide us with a copy of your CURRENT resale tax exemption number (NO EXCEPTIONS!!).
Not responsible for accidents.
All children must be supervised at all times or you will be asked to leave the sale.
You are responsible for packing and loading of the items that you purchase. We have a limited quantity of boxes/paper, so bring your own supplies if you have them. We are unable to help you load , but can supply phone number for a mover at your convenience if necessary.
Please always show respect and courtesy to Neighbors and other Buyers by not parking on their property or in driveway as we keep that free for loading and for those with disabilities.

Just a fabulous mix of items, from Victorian Renaissance Furniture to Sterling Silver and Gold Jewelry, something for everyone. Always scroll down below description for many more photos.

You will be looking for some time, as there are many more interesting items yet to take photos of and load. So stay watching for updates all week thanks.

Please do not ask for prices before Sale Date, if you are interested in the Large pieces of Victorian Renaissance pieces, you are welcome to contact me, I will add measurements this week to help, you must make arrangements for removal after purchase, we do not supply helpers, but can give names of professional movers.

There will be no pre sales on this Estate. All Silver and Jewelry is removed from the home until Sale day.

The Victorian Renaissance Armoire, Plantation Desk with slide out Desk, Pier Mirror with elaborate decoration and marble center, Double Bed, Dresser with Mirror with uniquely carved Glove boxes etc ,  and Small Marble-top Chest are exquisite pieces, all inlaid, all carved, and in immaculate condition, {one pull missing on the Dresser only|}.

From the 1880's they moved from their original Philadelphia Home to Mobile Alabama to Tallahassee, the Home they are in were built to accommodate their size. Not often do you see such a detailed set of Furniture elaborately carved in such excellent condition. I cannot emphasize enough of their sheer Beauty and apologize for the Photos as they do not do these justice. A must to see in person.

In my opinion these pieces could be attributed to Allen Bros Philadelphia due to their style and advanced Decoration, very sought after items.
