Doors open at 9am, numbers at 8:30am. Entry may be limited via the number system. We accept cash, checks with local ID, VISA and MC on purchases OVER $50 with a 3% fee. Items are sold AS IS - we encourage you to exam the items before purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please monitor children. Items must be removed by 2pm on Sunday. Your own moving help would be necessary as staff is not permitted to move furniture. Items are advertised elsewhere and may not be available on sale day. This estate sale is being conducted in one of the best locations on the Hillsborough River. The owners have collected items from many places, including unique furniture and art work from Spain. I don't think you will see items such as these very often. Brass hanging lamps, 45 yr. old Iranian brass, copper, silver tray, copper top coffee tables, beautiful collection of glass and decorator items. A baby grand piano is being offered, along with a 21' Renelle boat with a '75 hull. with Johnson 225 hp. motor with only 400 hrs and maintenance records (need to replace gas tank)
