This is a CASH only Sale !!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS !!!
Doors Open At 9:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. Stay away from no parking zones. You can only park on one side of the street, across from the house where the sale is located. If you park on the wrong side, you will receive a citation from the city of Tampa.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the HOUSE .
Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.

All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted.
Bring help and your own tools to load large items.

Done Deal is now having this weekend Part 2 of the Crumbly Estate Sale in South Tampa. Same location as last week.
The Judge and his wife had a storage building that is 5000 square feet that sits directly behind their home. There are hundreds of items in his storage area, from new to old. Too many to list at this time.
