As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !!
Sale is: Friday and Saturday ONLY ! Doors open at 11:00 AM each day.
PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY IF YOU DO, YOU RISK HAVING YOUR VEHICLE TOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!!!
-NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE !
-WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE!
-PUBLIC RESTROOMS are Not AVAILABLE !
-Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
-SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home.
-Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
-Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.
" Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised."
-All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted.
-Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases.
-If you break an item, it's yours to buy.
-We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.-Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers.

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa this upcoming weekend for an IN PERSON estate sale.
THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE !
Joseph Scharf is a long time South Tampa resident who has decided to downsize and has sold this home. We will be liquidating the contents of this home on Friday and Saturday of the upcoming weekend. This is an immaculate residence without animals and without smoking. Everything is in excellent condition.
