Doors Open At 9:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the HOUSE .
Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.

Done Deal Estate Sales presents a Pre-Super Bowl Estate Sale. This sale is located in South Tampa and is only one day, SATURDAY ! This sale will take place in the " Solis at Ballast Point Apartment Complex". Apartment # 709
Ms Cynthia Ullen, a long time south Tampa residence, has downsized. She has left us the majority of her household goods and collectables. There is plenty for everyone.
